Paleo Green Bread Dressing

Remember the "greens bread" we shared a while back? Well we have taken the ingredients to create a completely paleo dressing for your Thanksgiving! The taste and texture of a traditional holiday classic, completely primal and paleo.

 

To make this delicious dish, you will need: 

 

2 cups packed, cooked spinach (I used two frozen cubes, defrosted)

7 eggs

1/4 cup Sweet Potato Flour

2 tbsp Coconut Flour

1 tsp Real Salt

1 tsp garlic

3 tsp rosemary

sprinkle of pepper, thyme, parsley, onion powder

1 tbsp ghee

1/2 a large onion

4-5 celery stalks

1/2-1 cup broth

 

Mix ingredients well and pour into a bread baking pan. 

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from pan (may stick, just scrape it off the best you can!)

Chop into cubes, bake another 20-30.

Meanwhile, sautee onion and celery in ghee until translucent. Mix in cubes, and cover all with the broth, mixing well. Mix in some broth, and add a few eggs if you'd like to bind it together well. Dump it all into a greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until set to your liking.
