We know summer is on the horizon (let's face it, here in Texas, it's already arrived) and nothing is better than an ice cold smoothie on those hot days. This berry maca smoothie is great for a treat, but also packed with endurance boosting maca root, which is said to help with energy and even libido (yowza!) Maca also:
