RxBar is the go-to name for having a bar option that's not too sweet and has the staying power of extra protein from eggs. RxBar started making bars for those of us ready to "graduate" from the tried-and-true date/nut bars. Those date bars are still delicious, make no mistake, but they can be very sweet and never did have much in the way of protein.
