Make a big dinner without fuss, mess, or slaving over a hot stove!
I chose a spicy Teeny Tiny Spice, Chocolate Chili blend, some fresh peppers, onion, and a pineapple, and cooked on some metal skewers for a fun, easy, cookout.
This is also a great way to cook in bulk, make a bunch of these and keep in the fridge for dinner throughout a busy week- meal prep made easy.
Chop all your veggies, pineapple, and chicken breast. Use of fruit is optional, but I love the way the pineapple’s sweetness contrasted with the spice of the Chocolate Chili.
Coat chicken breast in a little salt, pepper, and 1-2 tbsp of Teeny Tiny Spice (your choice of flavor)
Sting onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
Grill on medium high heat flipping every 15 minutes or so, for about 30-45 minutes or until chicken is done and veggies are cooked.
Grab a plate, a bag of Jackson’s Honest Chips and dinner is done!
