Paleo Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Remember those shakes that come out around St. Patty's day, full of nasty green food coloring to make them a grusome puke green? Well we know mint chocolate is a flavor combination made in heaven, so chugging down a cool smoothie of the two is pure nirvana- and totally doable without your local drive thru. Skip the fake chocolate and envelop your mint with some crunchy cacao nibs instead.

For this epic shake- you'll need:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 handfuls ice
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3/4 tsp mint oil or extract (fresh mint would be great)
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • inch of vanilla bean  
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite nut butter
