1/2 bottle Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
1.5 lbs chicken (I used breast meat)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp mustard
salt to taste
Simply place chicken in the crock pot on low and set for 6 hours.
Pour dressing, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and a dash of salt on top and mix with your hands, covering chicken on both sides.
Cover and let cook.
When chicken is done, and time is up, shred chicken with two forks until desired serving texture. You can leave it chunky or shred it fine.
In a saucepan, combine any leftover liquid from the crock pot (or add a tablespoon of dressing) with additional tablespoon of mustard and tablespoon of honey. Bring to a simmer, mix well, and drizzle over chicken before serving.
