Whole30 Thai Almond Chicken Wings

Lookin' to spice up your Whole30? This Thai Amond Chicken Wing recipe will do just that and then some! For those who love Thai peanut sauce will be perfectly satisfied with this paleo almond sauce from Yai's Thai! This meal is more than just food for fuel, it's more of a taste bud experience. Bet that Whole30 doesn't seem too difficult any more does it?

Cook Time: 30 minutes


  • 16 party wings (about 1.75 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup Thai Almond Sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • Cooking spray


Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drop in the wings and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from the boiling water to a paper-towel lined plate and dry well.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. 

In a medium saucepan, melt the ghee over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant, then add in the sauce and salt. Stir and turn off the heat. Set aside.

Place the boiled wings on the sheet pan skin-side down. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then flip the wings. Put them back in the oven and finish cooking for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, toss in the sauce and serve!
