Applewood BBQ is sweet, smoky, and has that nice BBQ flavor all can enjoy. Made with shiitake mushrooms, this Applewood BBQ is vegan, gluten-free, and uses organic ingredients. ~

It all started during a family visit in Malaysia. When founder Michael Pan was traveling throughout Malaysia visiting extended family he was offered a rich, savory snack that he thought was pork-based. He discovered that it was a family recipe featuring shiitake mushrooms, and the idea for Pan’s Mushroom Jerky was born.

“After my first piece of our family’s homemade mushroom jerky recipe, I knew my family had something special that had to be shared with the rest of the world.”

From Malaysia to the Pacific Northwest. Today, Pan's Mushroom Jerky is made with simple ingredients and comes in four delicious flavors - Original, Applewood BBQ, Zesty Thai and Salt & Pepper. All are vegan, soy-free, gluten-free, kosher, paleo-friendly, and high in fiber and vitamin D.
