Free from gluten-free. We cannot ever forsake our deepest urges that are wrought from the flourchemy of the oven, and shall always bow at the altar of baked wonders. But ever more, we are careful about how we bake, and what we use to spike our breads and batards, our cookies and cakes, our scones and sables.

In our estimation, "gluten-free" foods have mostly taken a bad turn, and left us wanting, so we bake according to our best sense of taste and texture, using the finest flours, to create, not sorry gluten-free examples of foods we once loved, but delicious originals with all the satisfying and toothsome tastes we crave. So bake on, and fear not the flour.
