Attention coconut fanatics. Attention coffee lovers. Come together, right now, over this creamer sent straight from nirvana into your mug. First, it's a hot beverage creamer so delicious and satiating you'll forget about those mid-morning hangries completely. Spoon some into your mug, and stir like you mean it while pouring in coffee or (oooh!) perhaps some black tea. Watch it dissolve into a dreamy creamy deep tan with a hint of vanilla. Take a sip. Now you understand how this could be a great replacement for snacking or even breakfast. It's easy.  ~

For the true, true stories behind this incredible foodstuff, read on.

I wasn't always a fan of coconut milk in my coffee. Folks at ancestral and paleo get-togethers would always have an open can at the ready, offering pours into our pour-over brew. Often my preference was for straight up black java. But when you're not a consumer of breakfast, having some sustenance in the A.M. is Always Mandatory. Enter in coconut milk powder, made portable and potent by the folks at Wander Life. This is their Coconut Creamer, doled out by you in spoonfuls, enjoyed by everyone from coffee drinkers to smoothie makers. Use it wherever milk is called for to ensure richness and the kind of flavor you won't get from water or other substitutes.

Low carbers will also find some joy here: this hit of healthy fats will provide energy for hours, especially if you're prone to a little snackage when mid-morning rolls around. And, if you're skipping breakfast, don't just have a little spoonful of creamer: load up your cup. There's no sweetener, no sugar, nothing to spur on your cravings or spike your blood sugar.

Here's how: open up the package and spoon into your coffee mug, shaker bottle, or blender. Add your liquid of choice, from coffee to water to nut milk to ginger turmeric tea. Just make sure the liquid starts out warm to help the milk dissolve. Stir or shake vigorously, then sip with pleasure. It's all the things you love about coconut, plus all the things you love about creamer. Nothing more, nothing less.

Why Wander Life's Coconut Creamer is so good for you

Basically, it's all that amazing goodness of the coconut. Healthy fats, appetite satiation, none of the potential tummy upsets that can come from dairy. Oh, and how about sustainability? Producing coconut milk uses far less resources than standard dairy products. That's a win, for you and for the planet!

Here's what Wander Life says about their transparency and commitment to excellent ingredients:

"We work hard to make sure our ingredients are organic and derived from sustainable sources. We want our customers to know EXACTLY what's in our products - no gimmicks, no chemicals, no artificial sweeteners - only the healthiest ingredients on the market to make you feel your best."

Here is the foundational ingredient in Wander Life Creamer:

Coconut Milk Powder

Coconut has been used by many cultures worldwide for thousands of years, and is well known for its many amazing properties. Coconut is so nutritious, its list of benefits reads like a patent medicine bottle. It’s full of health-boosting lauric acid and medium-chain triglycerides, has antimicrobial and anti-viral qualities, and has been shown to help with weight loss, Alzheimer’s, cognitive function and athletic performance. It nourishes the thyroid, helps prevent candida overgrowth, boosts the metabolism, and makes skin and hair softer. Also, it’s one of the tastiest things a person could eat. (No offense, sea veggies.)

How to caretake your Wander Life Creamer:

Keep it at a reasonable room temperature and you should be just fine. If anything seems a little clumpy, keep the zipper zipped and stir even faster. Or break out the trusty stick blender and have at it.

You can also use this creamer in any recipe that calls for milk. Use about 1 tablespoon of Coconut Creamer plus 1/2 cup of water, per 1/2 cup of milk called for.

About Wander Life, in their own words

"They say that “necessity breeds invention”, and that “the best businesses are born out of filling a ‘hole’ in the market”. These common cliches are exactly what encouraged the creation of Wander Life Coconut Creamer. After years of struggling with various food allergies/intolerance (and many trips to the hospital), our founder, Kat, finally decided to get serious about her health. She cut out all dairy and gluten from her diet to see if these were perpetuating her constant illnesses. Her family was about to embark on a sailing trip through the BVI’s so she wanted to make sure to be prepared to stick to her new diet. There aren’t any Whole Foods on the islands, so stocking up on diet-friendly items beforehand was necessary.

Kat’s favorite way to start the day is with a warm cup of coffee, so she went on the hunt for an organic, dairy-free alternative to coffee creamer that could be easily transported. Everything on the market was either not organic, not dairy-free, had to be refrigerated (not an option when flying commercial), or couldn’t be brought in a carry on bag due to TSA liquid requirements. Nothing seemed to fit the bill!

Wander Life Coconut Creamer was born! Kat created her own concoction of organic powdered coconut milk with a little bit of organic date sugar to bring in a mason jar for the trip. Her family and friends ended up loving the new creamer in their coffee! Wander Life Coconut Creamer helped her enjoy traveling without having to sacrifice the comforts of home, and she hopes it will help you too! At Wander Life, we feel that dietary restrictions shouldn’t hold you back from living the life you want to live!"
